We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our team. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring that our software applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for testing and be able to work collaboratively with our development team to identify and fix defects and issues.
- Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications.
- Identify and report defects and issues to the development team.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that defects and issues have been resolved and do not reoccur.
- Document testing results and provide feedback to the development team Participate in product design and development meetings to provide feedback on quality and functionality.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in testing tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
